Andrea Soriano holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Business Management. The international and worldwide dimension is a critical part of a luxury real estate. Andrea manages and reaches out to our database constantly, which includes potential buyers and sellers in Florida and in the States, but also worldwide, including realtors who work with exclusive clientele. Furthermore, Andrea is also in charge of all the social media and marketing. From the design to the advertising, Andrea is relentless in finding the best type of media for our target and the goals we want to achieve. Having an excellent marketing is crucial in any real estate transaction, but even more so when it comes to selling a luxury home. Lastly, Andrea manages the advertisement part of our business and analyses daily the engagement and reach thanks to her data analysis skills. Depending on her analysis, advertisement may then be readjusted to ensure we maintain the best exposure.

Pamela Sinzenich holds a CAM license and 17 years of experience in the property management and real estate industry.

She is our transaction coordinator. In other words, she is the “music conductor” of the deal.

Pamela is very organized and detailed oriented. She synchronizes all the different entities involved in the deal (agents, Title company, Inspectors, Appraisers etc..).

She keeps track of the deadlines for everyone, reminding each party daily what needs to happen and making sure that all the puzzle pieces are going together smoothly until the deal closes.

She will keep you in the loop and will remove any eventual stress on your end.

Transaction coordinator is a very important role. She really is the person who will overlook and supervise the whole transaction process in order to avoid any potential hiccups.
